- Check your email. Within one business day we write to you asking for your pet’s name, or a photo if the product uses one. Reply with whatever you have — a phone picture is fine.
- We send a proof. You see exactly how it will look before anything is printed or engraved. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.
- We make it and ship it. Personalized pieces take a few extra days because each one is made for one dog.
Photo tips: daylight, pet facing the camera, and as little background clutter as possible. If your photo will not work well we will tell you before we print, not after.
